HUSBAND & WIFE TEAM CHRIS AND ELEESHA ALONG WITH THEIR BABY DAUGHTER, ZEEBELLA OPENED LOVE YOUR SOUL IN DECEMBER 2015.

After travelling through America running marathons on their honeymoon Chris and Eleesha kept finding amazing organic wholefood bars and health hubs throughtout their travels. After coming back to Melbourne they realised that there really wasn’t anything quite like it back in Melbourne however, both couldn’t seem to take the plunge at leaving their careers….until their baby girl came along. Only months after having their little girl they decided nothing was stopping them from redeveloping what was at the time their spare room into Love Your Soul. 5 months after opening the organic wholefoods bar, Chris and Eleesha realized their dreams could come true all in the one location creating a holistic wellness centre in their whole property.

Along with sharing their passion of health and wellbeing, They want to lead the change in helping prevent our community from the growing illnesses occurring from poor diet and exercise lifestyles. Creating a space where people can come to disconnect, recharge and refuel their bodies from the stresses of our fast paced lifestyles.

 
  • Chris - Co-Owner

    After 10+ years in the private school education world, Chris became a Pilates Instructor teaching both Pilates Mat & Pilates Reformer in both our studios.

    Chris is also a qualified Personal Trainer and Athletics coach, so when his not in the studio his out running or chasing after his kids.

    Or chatting, his really great at that too!!

  • Eleesha - Co-owner

    Eleesha grew up in the dance studio until mid teens where she changed career focus and studied a bachelor of business.

    Aside from her corporate work life, you’ll find her popping up teaching Barre classes in Parkdale. Expect ballet vibes with plenty of burning muscles in Eleesha’s classes!

    When she’s not working, you’ll find Eleesha spending time with her little kiddies & Chris.

  • Jess - Yoga Instructor

    Mum of two young munchkins – no-one on earth has taught me more!

    Jess stepped onto the mat over a decade ago and have not stepped off since! With a background in Psychology and Psycho-physiology after experiencing the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of yoga she decided to pursue her passion.

    Jess truely believes that yoga has the capacity to bring people together and develop beautiful local communities of like-minded people.

    Jess’ classes are truely divine and not to be missed to calm all emotions.

  • Rowena - Yoga Instructor

    Row has been teaching yoga since 2014, in between juggling her young family.

    Her classes are calming, relaxed and fun with yoga still continuing to teach her so much about herself each and everyday. Row is passionate about helping others discover the immense benefits of yoga also.

    Row’s favourite yoga pose is Crow pose…only kidding, it's Savasana.

  • Ashley - Pilates & Barre Instructor

    Ashley has been teaching dance her whole life and transitioned to Pilates teaching March 2019.

    She has a Diploma of Clinical Pilates, making her one superstar pilates & barre instructor.

    She has danced her away across the world on cruise ships and done many dancing jobs across the country.

    Ashley’s classes are fun, motivating yet challenging class and full of laughs.

  • Rach - Yoga instructor

    Rachel brings passion, a wealth of knowledge, love and dedication to our studio and her practise.

    She is our resident mumma - specialising in Pre & Post Natal support. After experiencing firsthand the difference between a ‘yoga’ pregnancy and a non yoga pregnancy, it ignited a passion to learn as much as possible and become a qualified Doula.

    Expect to attend Rach’s calming, supportive and informative classes across our timetable in Pre Natal Yoga Workshops, Gentle Vinyasa Flow & Yin Yoga.

  • Nariman - Pilates & Barre Instructor

    Nariman’s Pilates journey started back in 2002 when her passion and belief in the method lead her to pursue a career change. Prior to that She had a teaching background but always had a lifelong passion for health and fitness.

    Nariman is certified through APMA (Australian Pilates Method Association) and holds a nationally accredited Diploma in Pilates Movement Therapy. She is also certified in Allied Health Assistant (physiotherapy), specializing in rehabilitation and sports related injuries. She has been teaching studio Pilates, private and group classes since 2011. Her qualifications and expertise extend beyond Pilates; She is also certified and trained in teaching Barre, TRX, and other fitness classes. Nariman brings different perspective and diversity to her teaching style having taught both in Melbourne and the USA, working with a variety of clients from pre/postnatal to athletes as well as those people with injuries.

    She enjoys working with clients of all ages and abilities, and loves to share her knowledge and expertise with her clients and help them improve and reach their fitness goals.

    In her classes you will benefit from her emphasis on proper form and technique and her ability to challenge you in a safe and fun way!

    Outside of Work, she enjoys the great outdoors and all of its offerings from hiking to running, and spending quality time with her family.

  • Kezra - Pilates Instructor

    With a passion for movement and a love for pilates, you will find big smiles, a bubbly personality making Kez our little ray of sunshine.

    Kezra loves pilates due to it’s connection not only with our mind and body but with the Soul Athletic community too.

    Kezra’s ideal class would be leg and glute focused flows with old school RnB beats to get your body moving.
