Reformer - starter

Soul Athletic’s starting point for anyone and everyone. Low impact, dynamic class.

In this reformer class you will enjoy the fundamentals of pilates, with some optional advancements along the way, giving you a total body workout without leaving you feel exhausted. Walking away feeling confident and stronger within your own body and your own ability.

Suitable for pre & post natal, provided you have medical clearance and are enjoying a low risk pregnancy.

Reformer - active

Ready to step up to the challenge and enjoy a class with more advancements mixing a low impact class with a touch of cardio & muscle loving strength.

Expect this class to include little sets of heart rate raising fun and that love hate burn in those muscles.

You’ll complete the class feeling little sweaty, energised and stronger after each and every class.

Not suitable for Prenatal.

Reformer - athletic

This class is for all our clients who are looking for a super fun and challenging class.

You’re our superstar regulars who are familiar with the pilates fundamentals, you know how to engage that core and want a strong, sweaty class to make that body burn.

During the class you will use the jump board to add some fun cardio based movement, complimented with advanced reformer moves.

Not suitable for Prenatal.
